Organic Mixed Berry Smoothie Recipe

This is the ultimate Very, Very, Mixed Berry Smoothie :) This baby is PACKED with antioxidants and tons of nutrients!

Blackberries, Raspberries and Strawberries are high in Vitamins C, A, E, K, Manganese and Fiber! You'll notice that I tend to add spinach in almost all of my smoothie recipes...Spinach is a nutritional powerhouse! It's a superfood filled with vitamins, fiber and iron and its practically tasteless when you add it to a smoothie...So might as well right! Organic Pomegranate is known for being ExTrEmElY good for your heart by helping lower LDL ( bad cholesterol), increasing oxygen levels of the heart, reduces inflammation of arthritis, and is known to (RANDOM!) help with erectile disfunction....so this Mixed Berry Smoothie is definitely one that you wanna get the husband hooked on!!! Know what I'm sayin..... :) Yes, I did just say that!

What you Need:
1 Cup Frozen Organic Raspberries
1 Cup Organic Pomegranate Juice
1 Cup Organic Spinach
1/2 Organic Banana
15 Organic Grapes
15 Organic Blackberries
 5  Organic Strawberries
1/4 Organic Lemon ( About two slices peeled)
About 7 Ice cubes
Directions:
Put it all into a blender and blend!
Yum! Enjoy :)
